BUILT FOR RELIABLE BELT-DRIVEN WEAPONS The Scalar weapon pulley is a lightweight, purpose-built solution for running belt-driven antweight weapons with smooth power delivery and easy serviceability. Designed specifically for the Repeat Robotics Scalar combat robot weapon system, this pulley also works well in a wide range of custom combat robotics designs that use standard 3mm pitch timing belts. DESIGNED FOR COMMON BELT STANDARDS This pulley is compatible with both HTD3M and S3M timing belts up to 5mm wide, making it easy to source replacement belts or tune your drive ratio without locking yourself into a proprietary system. The tooth profile is optimized for consistent engagement under load, helping reduce belt skipping during aggressive weapon hits. The Scalar kit uses the 267-3M-05 weapon belt. SECURE MOUNTING ON 5MM OUTRUNNER SHAFTS The pulley mounts directly to a 5mm outrunner motor shaft using a standard prop nut, providing axial retention during operation. In addition, the pulley includes 2×M3 setscrews that clamp onto the shaft to prevent rotational slip. This dual-retention approach improves reliability in high-shock environments typical of antweight combat. The Scalar weapon system uses the Repeat Ant Belt Drive 2305 (2400KV) as the weapon motor. LIGHTWEIGHT ALUMINUM CONSTRUCTION Machined from aluminum, the Scalar weapon pulley weighs approximately 3.5g, helping you preserve valuable weight budget for armor, motors, or electronics. The rigid metal construction maintains tooth geometry under load while avoiding the flex and wear issues sometimes seen with printed pulleys.
